Terms of Use
Last updated . By using this site you accept these terms.
1. The game
Virtual Horse Racing is a free entertainment game. It is not gambling: you cannot pay to play, and you cannot win money or prizes.
2. Demo credits
Demo credits have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged. We may reset balances, statistics or leaderboards at any time.
3. Age
You must be 18 or older to use the site.
4. Fair play
Do not automate play, create sessions in bulk, probe the server for weaknesses or interfere with other players. We may remove accounts and leaderboard entries that break this rule.
5. Nicknames
Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others or advertise anything. We may change or remove any nickname.
6. Third-party sites
Partner links lead to sites we do not control. Their terms, odds and payments are between you and them. We may earn a commission from sign-ups. Real-money betting may be illegal where you live, and checking that is your responsibility.
7. Availability
The site comes as is. Races may pause or restart during maintenance or faults. Bets placed before a restart are settled against the race result.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the site.
